tis lovely when you find out a major glich turns out to be a minor glich. my computer DOES work with its new japanese lan card. however, my internet connection in my apartment does NOT work.

i have to get one of my japanese teachers to call the phone company for me to get them to fix it. why cant i install a language pack into my brain? then i could call the phone company for myself and yell at them. god, i am such an american sometimes.
